aver como y donde coloco los archivos

Tienes que usar el converter de vb

De ahí siguiendo el tutorial para convertir foros ya deberías tener todo solucionado.

el convertidor tiene que hir en la carpeta del smf o en vbulling y la sql tambien donde tiene que estar
