"Out of memory" error

I get the following error periodically, then I have to refresh once or twice or it to go away.

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 3407872) (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /***/***/***/***/***/***/public_html/Sources/Load.php on line 1267

I've attached the load.php file too. Can someone help me get rid of this? It's very annoying.
