I was converting my forum hxxp:hackersmj.com [nonactive] from MyBB 1.6.8 to SMF 2.0 RC3 ( No converters available for SMF 2.0.2)

MyBB installed at:-

Well, the error is rather self-explanatory: the mysql user you used to install SMF doesn't have the proper rights on the MyBB database.
The best way to solve the issue I think would be to install SMF into the same database you have MyBB (of course using a different prefix for the tables so there will be no conflicts) and then run the converter.
