ssi getting recent topics posters avatar

Titles says it all, I am not really sure what i would need to modify.

Edit: What i am trying to do is use the ssi_recenttopic and get the person who created the topics avatar. Can anyone help me?

You get the required data, you can either modify the original 'ssi_recentTopics' function or create a new one with gets you only recent topic poster avatar. By using separated function query load is going to be lighter.

Arrays kinda confuse me still a bit, I am not really sure how to select the members id from one table and compare it to another table.

Using $key['poster']['avatar']['image'] you will be able to extract avatar image. I've left more info with image so that you can use as per your needs .

$key represents the key or value(depends how loop is used) of foreach under which array was populated.

I hope you already are using a foreach loop to populate the data on screen. So here's a dummy example
