Can't install any mods

so ive recreated my forum once because this has happened before, when i try to install a mod it takes me too a "white" as soon as i press "install" on any mod, i really need this because my website is anime based and i haven't fixed everything up yet, havent even added the gallery yet :l any ideas on fixing this?
