Import users from .CSV file?

Hello everyone, i have a database with around 1000 users, i have imported the users to a .csv file, and i would like to knwo if its possible to import then to my board, i just need to import the username and email, and send an emailw ith the new password t the users, is there any importer avaiable for this?
Or am i forced to create an account one by one?
