Well, first of all... the canoncial tag is already a standard part of SMF 2.0.x


but it looks like google is trying to catalog your wap pages as separate form your standard pages - which it should not be doing.
Actually, you should probably use robots.txt to tell google (and others) NOT to catalog the WAP pages

I have 11,657 Duplicate title tags error at the moment.

I have three categories of error
1- Wap
2- Another page of a topic
3- Same Url with html and without html
Of course , Wap is the most

my google page rank was reduced to 1.

Please help me  what I do to fix this problem exactly?

oh, you have the silly "sef" turned on, don't you?   turn that off. Having html at the end of the url does nothing and just confuses matters.

I've done it.
I've disabled this option
"Search engine friendly URLs"
Apache/Lighttpd only!

90% of my problems Duplicate title tags is one topic with two Url 
for example :
1) http://mysite.com/index.php/topic,8776.0.html
2) http://mysite.com/index.php?topic=8776.0;wap2

Now that I got Disable Search engine friendly URLs It does not make I have a topic with 3 url ?
for example :
1) http://mysite.com/index.php/topic,8776.0.html
2) http://mysite.com/index.php?topic=8776.0;wap2
3) http://mysite.com/index.php?topic=8776.0

If you have actually turned OFF the SEF URLs, the #1 should no longer be used on your site.

6.    Anti-SID(PHPSESSID) canonical tag    0.6

Well, please note, I did not ask for "the relevent mods" I asked what mods you had installed...

As for the duplication of wap versus non-wap...       As I said, that should be handled by the canonical tags...  so maybe that anti-ssid one is messing with you.
On the other hand... you can stop google from even bothering with them using robots.txt to prevent the search engines from hitting the wap urls at all (since they actually are duplicate content)

I'm using default .Htaccess Joomla 2.5 and only I've added lines below

I don't think that you are carefully reading what I am posting.

I said you need a robots.txt, not htaccess.
include the following lines

Disallow: *wap
Disallow: *wap2
