Auto-update user data from WikiMedia database with SMF database

I've converted an old Wikia wiki my community created into a server side WikiMedia wiki. I need the user data from SMF's database to be automatically updated to the Wiki's database, similar to the way SMF's forum and wiki communicate. How would I go about doing this? Thanks.
