Contact page on simple portal and smf generation and firefox probleme

i have an smf 1.0.5 with simple portal and SmfGeneration theme

I want to add a contact page (form mail)

can i add it as an smf mod !? if no how to integrate an external script to smf (fill with the theme !?) ...

i have also a probleme with mozilla firefox , an empty space (1/2 a page) under the footer ! (the copyright of smfgeneration) and the bloc users online today doesn't apear ( it apears normaly on default and clasique theme )
