Changing color of Board Titles and Member names in posts

Not sure if this is right place for this, but I'm having trouble finding the correct code to edit the color of the Board Titles as well as the color of the default Member name in posts.

I'm running SMF 2.0.4 and since I can't post external links, pictures of what I'm talking about will have to do.

Any help would be fantastic.
