If you want help, you may want to give some information on what Zopim even is. Let alone, perhaps giving people a clue as to what it does, how you want it implemented, what version of SMF you're using...? Need I say more?

Zopim is a chat software and they have their widget. Can we incorporate on the SMF forum ?

Just render it in a page within SMF should be doable (keep in mind in have no idea how it even looks like)
To integrate it with forum users should be another totally different...

I did check and it does not work. For example, on Wordpress if we add it in footer.php it starts working. But, I am trying to understand which is a file common in SMF which is being used on every page. Nothing like footer.php though :-(
