This isn't a bug in SMF, I'm unable to reproduce this locally. What mods do you have installed?

Not only BBCode but also Simley code is error when I toggle from rich text to nomal text.

Example:

:)

When toggle
The above example will output something similar to:

<img src="http://yahooimg.herokuapp.com/smileys/us_yimg_com/i/mesg/emoticons7/1.gif" id="smiley_69040_1.gif" onresizestart="return false;" align="bottom" alt="" title="vui vẻ (happy)" style="padding: 0 3px 0 3px;">

That's not normal...I see you're using a language on your forum. Does the same thing occur in english? I don't see why language would affect anything but it's worth a shot to check. Are you also sure you have a vanilla install of SMF with no modifications to the code?

When I set path of smiley is local,=> No error,
When I set orther path to saving bandwidth, => error

example
I changed the filename of smileys in database to path
1.gif => l.yimg.us/..mesg/emoicon7/1.gif to get smiley at yahoo website and I get error,

you can't do that.   Smileys should be hosted locally.

I understand, but I think that is problem at file editor.js. It can't not convert smiley img with orther host to smiley code, and when code smiley get error , bbCode get error, too.
It is a matter.

When toggling back and forth between visual mode (see bold) and markup/BBCode mode (see [b]bold[/b]), it should certainly not break like that.

You say you have no mods installed. Have you installed any other themes or language packs? I don't see it failing here (SMF 2.0.4). From the odd font tags in your post, by any chance are you composing your posts in Word and cutting and pasting them into your forum? That could be doing strange things to the editor, especially in visual mode. Do you have these problems if you just type straight into SMF and avoid Word or Outlook for editing?

Quoteit should certainly not break like that.

It shouldn't but using remote smileys can do that because the conversion process sends it off to the server, which does its usual escaping processes and then converts the stuff it knows is safe to bbcode. Smileys are something it knows to look for and will convert, but it won't do remote smileys because unless it's something it knows is safe, it will assume it is malicious. (Good practice, really.)

As stated above...  it is not a "problem" it is a security measure which you are trying to bypass by using remote images.
