Allow one membergroup to see a user's custom profile field

Hello everybody,
I've created a new field into the user profile. I thought that it was possible to manage the access to this field easily but when I click on Admin > Configuration > Feartures and Options.. > Profile fields then "Modify" for my custom profile field, I only have 4 choices concerning the privacy :



My wish is to let profile's user and admin allowed to see and modify this field. But I'd like too to allow one of my groupmembers to have readonly access on this field.

Hope someone can help 

The forum is based on SMF 2.0.3.
