I believe that we have actually explained this to you before... but one more time.

Users and posts (as well as settings) are stored in the database.
You are replacing FILES. replacing these will have no effect on your database.

Please assume that we SOME level of comptence and intelliegence and assume that we would warn you if you were going to lose your website's content.
