I have set a specific display order for my forum's categories (using Modify Boards) which seemed to work well, until recently when (for performance reasons) I converted all the database tables to InnoDB. After this change, SMF no longer displays the board index in the order I specified, but seems to display the categories ordered by ID instead. However, the categories are displayed in the desired order in the admin area Modify Boards.

The problem persists if I switch to the SMF Default Theme - Curve.

The forum URL is: http://forum.shiresociety.com/ [nofollow]

The environment is SMF 2.0.4. Check all files against current versions reports all is well. Caching is set to Level 1 Caching (Recommended).

This is discussed in http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=293441.0 and the changes to the boards table are discussed in there.
