Howto: Configure PHP for the hosts that are PHP impaired a FAQ

How about a Howto: for all the hosting companies that are PHP impaired .. IE how it needs to be installed, setup, configured, howto configure Pspell so it works, setup the accelerators, etc.

I know this sounds silly but you would be surprised how some hosts will listen to suggestions to help them with the php setup.  I know mine has listened to some of my suggestions.
I know we have this area, but a FAQ for us to give to them, or for us Microsoft guys would be helpful

If a host can't configure php from the docs provided with it, I'd certainly consider moving hosts rather than trying to teach them.
