no puedo instalar mods

hola, quise nstalar el adk Adk Personal Icon forums y me decia "error al pasear archivos" en los de install, lo quise instalar igual y me tiro error.

ahora cuando pongo instalar modificacion directamente se queda como tildado y me pone una pagina que dice

nose que es lo que ocurre :/
