phpbb to smf question

I had previously downloaded phpbb and created a large number of forums. I have know decided to use SMF and want to import those forums before our site goes live. I have downloaded both phpbb and smf through FATCOW in simplescripts.  Since they are housed at fatcow, I dont understand how to run the convertor? Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

You don't say which version of phpbb...

Thanks K@ !   On the download portion, do you download zip AND tar.gz AND tar.bz2
OR are they the same in each folder, just different format?  Thanks!
