Default Language for Localized Boards

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to set:
- Default Language for all the forum (English)
- Different default language only in specific boards or child boards (for example like in this forum there is "Language Specific Support": I would like to offer a translated GUI to users accessing to Spanish, French, and so on..)

Is this possible?

Offering a translated GUI is easy enough, but changing the UI on a per board basis is not easy - and actually is rather difficult to do reliably.

Far better to install multiple languages, and a mod to let users *easily* switch to their language of choice (like the one here), and let them use whichever language they're happy with in whatever boards they want to post in.
