White Blank when i upload a package

Hello,i have a webpage, which is in the hxxp:1freehosting.com [nonactive]. I found an intresting bug / problem.When i upload a package to the Packages folder,i can not install that, because it shows up a white blank screen, when i click to the "packages manager".If the folder is empty, the packages manager is working perfectly. I am tried to reinstall the forum,but not worked.

I got this error at one time:

The memory limit is 128M, is this enough?I checked in the php info

is your host 000webhost or 24hosting?

If so, their system lies and your memory is not actually 128M

Before 1freehosting,i hosted a web at 000webhost,worked perfectly for almost a year.But it has been suspended for some reason.
Okay,so they are lying, can u suggest me a free webhost?

you are going to have this sort of problem on ANY "free" webhost.

This is a case of "you get what you pay for".
