Advanced search isn't working right

It doesn't go from most recent to least when I tell it to.

It doesn't give me ONLY the last 5 or 10 days {or however many} when I tell it to. It still gives me everything. Out of date order, too.

What do I do?

Sphinx search was installed a year and a half ago, but other than that, no.

It must be some customization. You probably would be best having someone actually take a look at the necessary code. I don't think we will be able to help you too much actually digging into it.

All right. Where would that code be located? Like, in which files? I've looked in there and there are like hundreds of files.
