"This name is already in use by another member"

Trying to reregister an account I thought I didn't need (turns out I do) and keep getting this message.

I already went into the databases to look at the members table and the username isn't there. Pretty sure it had user ID 2 but that one is blank and a search brings up nothing. Also deleted my cookies just in case it was holding onto it.

I'm running 2.0.4 with mods PortaMx, SubAccounts, Tiny Child Boards, Topic Descriptions, and Custom BBCode.

maybe from same email address ??
as the email address is a substitute for username

All of the one's in the subaccount file are the same as the members. I did get rid of one extra that was in there but it didn't solve the problem.
