No puedo entrar en "Paquetes"

El problema que tengo es justamente lo que dice el titulo, no puedo entrar en "paquetes" en mi foro SMF.

Se que ya han preguntado esto y que la respuesta que le dieron fue que aumentara la memoria, pero no se donde esta el archivo php.ini...

ya tambien estoy teniendo ese problema, no lo e logrado solucionar :S siempre que me voy a paquetes no me carga la pagina
y quiero instalar el keycatcha por que ya estoy cansado de esos robots que hacen tanto spam

hize lo que decia en el post que debia de cambiar las lineas @ini_set memory 128M ubicado en /source/admin.php. pero no me funciono, sigo con el problema, mi hosting es 000webhost.com [nofollow], y no se que hacer,

don't worry about it, you had write it ? then your spanish is good thank's for your help, but the issue still persist,
but if nothing might not do, there's no way to fix it, then i have to bought a premium account right ? however if someone would could post something interesting about how to fix this problem, you are wellcome, but anyway i am not gointo pay for a service that i don't user comercial, my forum just share knowledge,

well am tired trying to find a fix to these error, someone might tell i can do to install keycatch throught FTP, (manully) my problems are robots for now, almost every day one is getting registering in my forum,

i have leave an open ticket in 000webhost.com [nofollow], to disable "mod_security" may works, but my priority for now is to install keycatcha or an another antispambot ,manually to evade those robots :S

Te pediría que abras un tema nuevo, este ya fue solucionado.

Si el problema es de que no podes instalar paquetes te pediría que abras un tema como te dije dejando los datos específicos de tu problema aunque debo advertirte que con un host gratuito poco podes hacer para solucionarlo.
