Two new Simple Machine teams

As David pointed out in his post earlier today, we will be restructuring our teams here and as a result, we will be adding two new teams.

The following teams will be added:

- Graphics/Design Team
- Language/Translation Team

We'll be looking to add a few really gifted people to the graphics/design team and we are always in need of language team members. Unfortunately for the language team, we'll have one per language.

If you are interested or know someone you'd think would be a good fit, PM myself or David. (best to PM both of us)
