On the first screenshot, I want to add a gap that is similar to the right side of the forum to the other side. I want that gap on both sides.
In the second screenshot, I want the gradient I made to fill up the gap.
And then I also want to change the width of the entire forum to 800.

Would you please make use of the attachments feature instead of using an external image holder.

Also theme related questions should be asked in the themes support topic.

Which theme are you using? ( A link please).

Do you have a link to the theme you are using?

It doesn't look like the default theme to me.

It's the Curve theme, I only modified the colors of the forum and the images. I wish I could supply a link to my forum. I based the skin I'm currently using on the Curve theme.

Why can't you provide a link to the forum?

Because this site blocks links that are off site.

For the gap:

In your index.css find #content_section div.frame line 1355 and change the padding settings.  At the moment your padding is set to 0 20px 0 0 which is making it lopsided.  Try changing it to 0 20px 0 20px or adjust the 20 to suit, as long as you keep those two values the same for balance  ;)

For the forum width:

Admin > Current Theme > Theme settings > Forum Width.  As per the examples you can set the width as a percentage of the screen or as a fixed number of pixels  :)

Edit:  Just found the gap issue in the info centre!  In index.css find .roundframe line 1023.  Your padding is set to 0 10px.  Change the 10px to 0  :D

It's well worth installing the Firebug extension for Firefox, then you could debug things like this yourself  :)

Thanks for the advice. I'll be removing my link due to the fact that I don't want anyone viewing my board while I'm editing it to perfection.
