Are you using the latest version of SMF?
Any Mods installed?
Are you using a custom theme?

Call It Done

yes am using the latest with a custom theme

Burke ♞ Knight

Okay, lets try this again:

What version of SMF. (There are 2 current latest versions, one for the 1.x line and one for the 2.x line)
What custom theme are you using?

The SiteMeter code.
Is it set for visible or invisible counter?

Call It Done

It's smf 2.0.4 that am using with CleanTek theme by Crip and the code is the invisible one

Not certain if it will work in that theme, but could try this:

StatCounter by BK Modding

Just insert the code in the box.

sorry to ask, which box?

Burke ♞ Knight

If the mod installs with no errors for your theme, go to Admin > Modifications
There will be a box for the statcounter. Just insert the code there.

Make sure that when installing, that there are no errors when installing into your theme.

Call It Done

ok thanks let me do that now and pls wait for me here so i can give you reply

Call It Done

installed successfully, but i have a challenge, before now i could visit my admin modification, but now if i click it it will open a blank page, why is this so please?

Click the link I gave you.
That will explain why.

Call It Done

followed what was said there but did not work out

Burke ♞ Knight

Have you tried uninstalling the statcounter mod, and see if can access the modifications page?

Call It Done

it's not your mod that caused it, i noticed it before installing it.

Burke ♞ Knight

1. Did you manage to get to the page? Maybe after waiting a bit?
2. If so, did my mod work for you as you wanted?
3. What web host do you have?

Call It Done

I got this error message, could it be the problem?
