Continuing SESSIONS

Hello, I want a simple help. I know a community which uses your forums on their website (paid website). Its a game community, they allow you to make an admin application in forums, I want to make it on a separate page so its easy for new users to make app. But I want a little help, Users must first register on the site.

I want to continue the login SESSION from the website to that page, How do I do it? That page will also be in the same directory of website, For example where index.php is.
