SMF 2.0.4 Bridging with MediaWiki Prob

I recently bridged my forum with MediaWiki but after bridging I am getting the following error

I tried whatever you said but now when i access www.theteamk.x10.mx/mediawiki but it puts me in a loop
You can try yourself or see the screenshot

If you have that loop it means something is wrong. It is not fault of the changes I posted.

And the wrong URL showed when the browser stops suggests me you have some broken url or path.
