Problem Installing A SMFPacks.com Shoutbox

I'm not able to install this shoutbox mode through package installer. At first when I click on install after locating the file a blank page loads up, then when I see installed packages there's nothing. And when I try to install it again it say this mode is already installed please uninstall to install it again. I'm not able to figure out the problem. Please help me.
I got 2.0.5 SMF.

Maybe it could be White screen of death or someone knows what my problem actually is.

well, from your description, that's what the problem actually is...

if you have more description, then fine.... give us more information.

It may even be that that ridiculous "mod_security" thing is enabled, by your host.

Contact your host, about both of those, as well as checking about the amount of memory that you have.

Ok I got the problem it was the host company only.
