Profile Navigation

For the main profile page the navigation topics are Profile Info, Modify Profile, and Actions. These are found in Sources/Profile-Modify.php. Can anyone help me add a new category to the list. It is a single link, not a drop down menu. Where would I place the code?

I'd like to make my own category and it would just be a single href.
