How do I organize everything inside the Red

I would like the the Star Rank(Administration Image) to come after the Display Name, Then the Avatar with Post Count and Links, After that Custom Title then Thank You Information.

For now I want to get rid of the Post Count Rank

If I understand correctly, you should just edit Display.template.php

You will find, below this:

Thanks it worked, I have one last question. How do I align everything to the left. The stars and Display name and avatar are all spaced apart differently Also how can I completely remove things from Forum Profile edit like the ICQ Number and the AIM/YIM/MSN and Personal Text
