my forum not showing well scattered themes

What am trying to say is that all those codes, used in creating the smf script are appearing in the forum index when ever a user access my forum site using uc browser

Please, can you take a screenshot of what you're talking about?

I fail to believe that a web browser can't render code that's been standard HTML for most of the last decade.

You have a file, somewhere, that doesn't have "<?php" as the opening line, I suspect. Or, perhaps, doesn't have "?>" as the closing line.

From those pictures, I'd suspect Profile.template.php and/or Register.template.php. Both files are in the default theme's directory.

Maybe you could attach both files to your next post, so that we can take a look at them?
