how to add users rank images

How to add users ranks in this forum ?
any user rank plugin available here ?

Are you talking about badges? If so, you don't need any plugin/mod. Just upload the picture in the image folder of your theme, pick the name (and the extension e.g. image1.png) and configure the membergroups. Each membergroup can have their own image.
