Oversize in the wrapper

there is a oversize at the right side, i am using default theme and removed left and right sides at the wrapper, but if the size is smaller it is the same situtation, how can we fix this?

Change or remove the boxes on the top.

Best suggestion... use a different theme... one designed for use with a wrapped forum.
