Are all the files/directories within write-enabled, too?

Do you have a "temp" directory, in there? Is that write-enabled, too?

Check 'Temp' directory exists or deleted again?

no you need to create "temp" on linux servers "Temp" is a different folder.

Is it because of i upgrade from 1.1.11 to 2.0.6 ?

You should create it inside Packages, not on the root ;)

1- anti-spam questions are already a standard part of SMF.
2- you can not install 1.1.x mods on a 2.0.x forum.
3- you need Packages and Packages/temp to exist and be writable. 755 is usually good. 775 may be needed in some cases 777 in rare cases (and you should talk to your host - if 777 is required it means that they have screwed up the setup for apache and php
