Sorry for bothering you, I can't imagine how weird it looks to you what I'm trying to do, I guess.
The thing is that I thought that this would be the easiest way of managing with this, and I managed all except CSS part which i left for the end.

I tried with:

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

#blog1 { background: url("<?php echo $lines[4]; ?>") center center;}
But it doesn't work as well. I added:

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

$lines = file('http://myforum.com/file.txt');
before that in index.template as well.

Don't know where I'm wrong here...

Nevermind, I got it myself, had to rewrite the html code and put that css code inline, and it's working just fine now.
