[Request] Post before downloading attachment

Hi all, I have seen this in some forums and i dont knw if SMF has it

A user must have a specified amount of post before he downloads an attachment

If there is a mod, please give me the link

If you mean, the user must have a certain post count in general before downloading, you can configure that by juggling the permissions to use post count groups, but usually it's a bad idea.

lol, not a bad idea for me. throughout the day i will have 100+ users online but no one will post
