How to Register for an account While Using TOR?

I have simple machines latest version installed on my Weebly Built website which is hosted by HostGator, I used Quick Install to install SMF to my site.

I am having trouble registering an account on the forums of my site when I try to use TOR. I get this error message:

Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

How can I fix this?

Talk to your host. mod_security is something your host has installed (and is nothing to do with SMF, other than SMF tries to turn it off if possible) and mod_security's rules are set to block Tor on your host by the looks of things.
