Since you have copied and pasted this statement on numerous theme topics, did you ever think that the Right to Left issue may reside on your end and may not be an actual theme issue?

I suggest that you consult with the mod author. Also keep in mind that many custom themes do not include a css file for RTL. In this case, not many designers are going to take the time to write one up for your personal use.
A novel idea is to find a theme that works for you and stick with it. There is no real logic in having a multitude of themes available for your members. The vast majority will be happy using whatever theme you have set as default and will rarely change to an alternate.
