I Have uploaded the files to the site, however, when I run install, (I am using Chrome), a file called "Index" just shows up in downloads, not the SMF Install like like I see in the video tutorials to install SMF.

Solved, I had to actually go to me own site... I wasn't expecting that, ANYWAYS. problem solved.
