[Help] I need a sidebar like this!

I made this design on photoshop and I am very close to code everything (I'm not the coder but my friend is doing a great job for me).
We are now with a big problem... None of us know how to do a sidebar like the one I designed in PS and we are really willing to do one like that...

To explain concretely what I need:
- The sidebar isn't in the same column as the forum. It is a new column with 220px aligned left.
- The white space is the avatar zone. (We intend to put the login and profile info there).
- The first "category" in the sidebar is the "Latest Activity" function. (the coloured text means <Topic Link> and the text below means by  <username> <post date>).

I really hope you can lend me a hand. Thanks in advance

You're using a Premium theme, would be better if you ask the author to help you.

Yeah, this theme is based on Vivanto by dzignerstudio... but it's now totaly different from their source code and it I removed the copyrights it would be hard to tell the similarities (I won't do that, I am just explaining xd)

Does the code for the sidebar vary for each theme? I want something generalized because I am also expecting to use it with other themes from other designers and etc.

For me it looks exactly the same theme.

6. Modifications

You are allowed to make any necessary modification(s) to our themes to suit your needs. It's not permitted to remove our copyright information from the footer. You are however allowed to add your own name onto our copyright (i.e. "Design by DzinerStudio / Modified by your name").

Did you read? I haven't removed their copyrights and it's not my intention. I could do that despite disrespect their terms of use, it's not impossible, it's just no allowed and I completely respect that.
For me the theme is different from the original, with the sidebar included (see my photoshop "preview" in the first post) it becomes a totaly different theme, but it's only my opinion.
(and we will also change all the icons, etc)

Well, all of the above are off topic. Is the sidebar like in the image possible or no?

Even though you are changing various aspects of the theme ie images the best place to ask as Diego has mentioned is dziner themselves.

I also have other themes I downloaded here in your resourses... What can I do to also add the sidebar to them?
