I remembering installing these two mods, looks like the things they have changed in my codes did not delete when i removed them from my modifications?

You did - but none of those errors will give you the 'an error has occurred' screen because undefined indexes are only minor errors. Something else is wrong.

please dont leave me hopeless, i cannot do anything with simple machines if registrations dont work...

Ok I managed to fix the issue, all I did was go to those lines and delete them. Now I have another issue -.-. When I register, it is not showing up in the email, non of the folders. Also I have fixed the Logged message thing.

Seriously, it's been less than an hour, three messages... you do know that we're volunteers, right? (And in my local timezone, it is currently, 4:15am). Hope someone with a bit more patience can help you.
