Extra Calendar Options

I am not finding a mod and was wondering if there would be any easy way to do the following:

Add event time to each event (like a normal Google Calendar, Outlook, or Notes)

Add repeating events (not just spanning multiple days, but actually repeating. i.e. Every Other Tuesday)

Calendar is one of those things that not many people use and, as such, is less likely to get major improvements...

For recurring events, this existed for 1.1.x
