Allowing global moderators to change paid subscriptions

Hi Team, One of my global moderators is also our membership secretary and I need him to be able to alter the members paid subscription settings. This function though seems to be locked out to moderators and only available to me, the administrator, I have posted in the support section and was directed to this section. I do not want this person to have full admin permissions just the ability to change the paid subscription start and end dates. I'm currently running smf 2.0.7

You can see what permissions are required by looking directly at Sources/ManagePaid.php's header: most of them do require the "admin_forum" permission...

It should be really tricky to achieve that, I'm afraid... You need to enter that functionality via ACP so...

Consider making him admin?
