How do I help a member retrieve their lost password?

My forum is hxxp:www.entheo-worldeyes.org/ewe/index.php [nonactive] and we are running SMF version 2.0.7

I've searched throughout our own "administrator" ("Cultivate") section, as well as searched the help files here, and (so far) have not found the answer.

The problem is that one of our long-time members has lost his password, and I cannot find a way to help him retrieve it.
Help, please? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

go in their profile and change the password to a new one. there is no way to retrieve the existing password

I'm an administrator on the same forum as Ichinen. I had a query a couple of days back and I, too, received fantastic support. Thanks Illori!

There should also be a lost password link at the login screen that will send an email to the user's account email with recovery options,
