Hello! First of all, I wasn't sure where to post a WIP Paid mod topic so I'm posting it here, pardon me if I got it wrong. The mod allows allows any member to grab the attention of another member by doing a Facebook style mention of them using the "@" symbol. For example, @Dragooon with automatically notify Dragooon that he has been mentioned in a specific post by whoever mentioned Dragooon.

Features:

• Allow tagging users via @ symbol, similar to FB. Shows suggestions while tagging for related members
• Permissions controlling who can tag and who cannot
• Email notifications! Members can disable these if they wish to
• Members can see their mentions in a dedicated area, showing new and old mentions
• More to come! This is simply the first version

I've attached a few screenshots to prove I'm not BSing anyone , I plan on releasing it in a couple of weeks or so. Any feedback and suggestions are appreciated!

Sorry, but nope. It doesn't add any queries except one on page load for fetching unread mentions. But I won't be supporting SMF 1.x

To be honest, I have no interest in supporting SMF 1.x regardless of how much someone is paying. SMF 2.0 is old enough as is, you really should upgrade.

When I get a little time to finish it, maybe a couple of weeks or so. I'm in middle of end term project so that's taking most of my existing time.
