I uninstalled all my mods and it's Tapatalk 3.9.3 that's causing the issue.

For support questions regarding that modification it may be best to post at the Tap Talk support forum.
Perhaps it requires specific edits for your custom theme(s) and/or you may have ignored parsing errors during its initial installation?

Fixed.  It was a problem with the Tapatalk install.  It left some bad codes in /Sources/PersonalMessage.php.
