Edit the Member List layout

Something is bugging me with the layout of the Member List. Which file do I edit to remove the AIM, ICQ buttons etc?

Hmmm. Ok, thanks. But when trying to edit the code, wierd things happen. I think Ill just be better off without the member list at all. Is there any way to remove the members bar from the front page?

There is an option in Current Theme Settings.
