One good thing to try, when you have issues like this, like I just did, is try a New Private Window in Firefox.  If that allows you to work, you're probably dealing with cache issues, like I was.

Actually, I can think of at least one case where it might. Though it's *extremely* unlikely, to the point of irrelevance, but it is worth a try.
