Its also a simple solution, do not use windows for hosting as it is a pain in the ass you need to keep patching the OS and the webserver for every new released patch/update needs restarted/rebooted after that.. to stay secure.... also you pay for the windows license...

better switch to linux/unix/freebsd as they are known for stability and performance and do not rely on the hardware used, (windows does that)....
as we are talking a real server here you don't need any GUI just the text based thing is enough to keep it secure and stable
does not have to be restarted after any patch except when there was a kernel update

you dont need windows except when you are using somekind of a gameserver wich need the heart of windows....
